On the morning of May 15, Microsoft AI&IoT Insider Lab was officially opened and put into operation in Zhangjiang Artificial Intelligence Island, where first 30 well-known enterprises and start-ups from around the world settled in.

Guan Xiaojun, Deputy Chief Executive of Pudong New Area, said that Pudong has become an innovation highland where most R&D Headquarters of multinational companies are located, best attachment effect is shown and the richest innovation results are achieved. Microsoft welcomes its first batch of empowered enterprises
Microsoft AI&IoT Insider Lab is a global R&D institution to promote the innovation, R&D and industrialization of artificial intelligence and IoT solutions. It aims to provide comprehensive support to enterprises and partners engaging in the development of IoT-base products and solutions, and to promote the in-depth integration and innovation of digital transformation in technology innovation, manufacturing, retail, health care, finance, urban construction and other industries.
The Lab focuses on in-depth integration of AI and IoT technology into other industries and the innovative development of AI and IoT technology in such industries. It provides rich resources to settled enterprises in terms of technical support, application scenario innovation, talent training, marketing channels expansion. This can accelerate the development of start-ups, and meet the diversified demands of large enterprises in global market with Microsoft's powerful ecosystem resources.
DFocus settled in Microsoft AI&IoT Insider Lab.
Since its initial recruitment in mid-March, the lab has received applications from nearly 300 companies and partners, from which 30 companies have been selected as the first empowering companies. DFocus is honored to be one of the first enterprises settling in Microsoft AI&IoT Insider Lab. In the next 3 to 6 months, DFocus will receive full support from Microsoft, including hardware and software resources provided by the laboratory, Microsoft’s cloud service resources, access to Microsoft ecosystem and sharing resources from enterprises at all levels in the industry. Meanwhile, DFocus will enjoy innovation and investment service support provided by Zhangjiang Group.
Mr. Ren Chuanyun, founder and CEO of DFocus, introduced the IoT-based products developed by DFocus to Guan Xiaojun, Deputy Chief Executive of Pudong New Area.
